At Bearbottom, we want you to be completely comfortable in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your adventure in no time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange gear.
